Refund policy
We have a 3 business day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We DO NOT refund custom orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If you would rather have an exchange please message us!

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Delivering Packages: Please give us 3-5 business days to deliver your package to our local post office. We ship items using USPS. Once we drop it off to USPS, it is out of our hands. We understand that packages get lost and something happens. We will do our best to contact USPS and see where your package is. Please be kind while we help you get your package.
